Our History

Over 37 Years of Expertise
in Comprehensive Construction

The company was founded on March 3, 1989, by Thai executives with extensive experience and expertise in the construction business. The company initially focused on design, interior decoration, and construction work, including building systems, for various sectors such as government centers, the Office of the Judiciary, the Administrative Court, office buildings, residential buildings, shopping malls, factories, and other construction projects.

The Beginning

Becoming a Special-Class
National Contractor

The company recognized the opportunity to expand its operations and build stability by broadening its scope of work into government sector projects, starting from 1993.

The first government project undertaken was the Mukdahan Tower (Hor Kaew Mukdahan) construction project in Mukdahan Province, which was a TURNKEY PROJECT. The company was responsible for engineering design, material procurement, and construction. Upon completion, the Mukdahan Tower became a tourist attraction and landmark of Mukdahan Province.

Also in 1993, the company registered as a Special-Class building contractor with the Department of Public Works. Subsequently, the company registered as a Type 1 building contractor with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, a Class 1 building contractor with Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited, and a Category A-B Class 1 building contractor with the National Housing Authority. Throughout the years, the company has continuously undertaken numerous government projects up to the present.

1989
March 3, 1989 — Company Established

Established The Architects & Turnkey Company Limited with initial registered capital of 1,000,000 Baht to operate in design, interior decoration, and construction.

1993
February 1, 1993 — Capital Increase

Increased registered capital to 4,000,000 Baht for working capital and to support expanding operations.

May 18, 1993 — Capital Increase & Government Expansion

Increased registered capital to 10,000,000 Baht to invest in construction machinery and began the first government project — the Mukdahan Tower construction in Mukdahan Province as a Turnkey Project. Also registered as a Special-Class building contractor with the Department of Public Works.

1995
July 10, 1995 — Capital Increase

Increased registered capital to 30,000,000 Baht for business expansion working capital, as the company received increasing project orders including the Liang Garden Condominium and 13 mini-office buildings (7 stories each) of the Bangna Thani project.

1996
February 26, 1996 — Capital Increase

Increased registered capital to 50,000,000 Baht for machinery investment and working capital for projects including Thavee One Market Place, Yen Akat Garden Condominium, Ratchayothin Place, and The Resident Nonthaburi.

1997
January 30, 1997 — Capital Increase

Increased registered capital to 60,000,000 Baht for business expansion working capital and began undertaking large-scale government building construction projects.

May 30, 1997 — Capital Increase

Increased registered capital to 100,000,000 Baht for machinery investment and working capital for large-scale government construction operations, as project orders continued to increase.

February 5, 2002 — Capital Increase

Increased registered capital to 125,000,000 Baht for machinery investment and working capital to expand construction project operations as the company received more project orders.

2007
November 19, 2007 — Land & Warehouse Investment

Invested in purchasing 3 rai 93.1 square wah of land and constructed a materials warehouse for storing construction machinery and materials.

2016
September 23, 2016 — Capital Increase

Increased registered capital to 250,000,000 Baht for machinery investment and working capital to continuously expand construction project operations.

2019
March 8, 2019 — Head Office Land Investment

Invested in purchasing land and buildings of 181.10 square wah for the company's office building, with extensions constructed to accommodate growing staff operations.

2023
November 7, 2023 — Warehouse Expansion

Invested in purchasing 3 rai 1 ngan 42.40 square wah of land adjacent to the existing warehouse to expand storage facilities for construction materials and equipment.

November 9, 2023 — Additional Land Investment

Purchased land with buildings of 214.8 square wah for storing furniture, field office equipment, and project documents.

2024
May 23, 2024 — Capital Increase

Increased registered capital to 275,000,000 Baht for machinery investment and working capital to expand construction operations for continuously increasing project orders.

2025
September 3, 2025 — ISO 9001:2015 Certification

The company received ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification from URS (United Registrar of Systems).

2026
April 8, 2026 — Conversion to Public Company

The company was converted to The Architects & Turnkey Public Company Limited.

April 21, 2026 — Capital Increase for IPO

Increased registered capital to 370,000,000 Baht to support listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and to continuously expand the company's operations.
