• ≥ 15 years experience in large building construction
• ≥ 5 years as Project Manager, completed ≥ 3 large buildings
• Able to work at provincial project sites
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills

• Prepare Shop Drawings for large buildings on schedule
• Draft both structural and architectural work
• Revise construction drawings as assigned

Qualifications

• Male/Female, Diploma or higher in Civil/Architecture Drafting
• ≥ 3 years experience in Shop Drawing for buildings
• Proficient in Auto CAD
• Revit proficiency is a plus
• Able to work at provincial sites

• Control electrical and building system construction per specifications
• Inspect drawings and material specifications
• Prepare electrical system drawings and combine drawings
• Calculate work quantities and materials

Qualifications

• Male, aged 28+, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Electrical Engineering License
• ≥ 5 years experience in building system construction
• Able to prepare Shop Drawings (Auto CAD)
• Able to work at provincial sites

• Prepare accurate and complete procurement documents and reports
• Working hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:30

Qualifications

• Male/Female, aged 30+, Bachelor's degree in related field
• ≥ 3 years purchasing experience in large building construction
• Proficient in Mango software
• Strong negotiation skills, able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and company standards

• Plan, implement, inspect, and evaluate safety measures
• Prevent accidents, illness, and occupational diseases
• Develop quality of life and safety compliance per regulations

Qualifications

• Aged 28+, Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• Valid Professional Safety Officer Certificate
• 2–5 years safety experience in building construction
• Knowledge of safety laws and occupational health regulations
• Leadership skills, able to conduct safety training

• Surveying coordinates and levels for building construction and site layout

Qualifications

• Male, aged up to 45 years
• Vocational Certificate to Bachelor's in Construction or related field
• ≥ 3 years experience in building construction contracting
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, team player
• Able to work at provincial construction sites
